A new Australian-style restaurant and bar, the Boomarang Bistro, has opened in Ho Chi Minh City’s Phu My Hung district. The 2-level restaurant occupies a prime location overlooking Crescent Lake and its laid-back ambiance is perfect for a leisurely breakfast, hearty Western dinner, or a few pints while watching premier league sports on the bar’s big screen TVs.
Boomarang Bistro is open for all meals and their menu of fresh Australian-style cuisine covers everything from breakfast to bar snacks. House specialties include eggs benedict, gourmet pizzas, and premium Australian beef sirloin grilled to your liking. Breakfast is served all-day on Sundays and public holidays and there’s a “Little Tackers” menu especially for children. The bar is fully stocked with a variety of imported beers and an impressive wine collection stored in their boomerang-shaped wine cellar.
