Turkish Airlines recently announced that they will add a new route from Istanbul to Ho Chi Minh City. Service will commence December 29, 2010, and special introductory fares start from USD820.
The route is from Istanbul to Ho Chi Minh City via Bangkok and the schedule will be 4 flights per week. Flights will depart Istanbul’s Ataturk airport every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 11:40pm and arrive in Ho Chi Minh City at 4:40pm local time the following day. There will be a stop-over in Bangkok of 90 minutes.
Fares for this new route are on currently on sale for travel between December 29, 2010, and March 31, 2011. Fares start from USD820 for round-trip economy class travel inclusive of all taxes and surcharges. This special fare is an “Economy Promotional” fare and is non-refundable. Promotional fares are available until they sell out.
